Trade Account Return and Warranty Policy

Trade customers will not be refunded but issued with a credit note that can be used against future orders.

For goods that have been installed or cosmetically damaged – no returns or exchanges are accepted.

In the first instance, you must submit a return request here and the return must be authorised by us. Once authorised an RMA number will be provided. Any return sent to us MUST have the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package. Failure to do so will result in the package being rejected and returned to sender.

For unused goods, if returned within –

14 days – 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the credited amount.

14 – 28 days – 25% restocking fee will be deducted.

Over 28 days – No credit

All goods are covered by a 12 month, return to base warranty. In the event of a warranty claim, return carriage back to us is the customers responsibility.

Deposit scheme – where required, we are able to send replacement parts in advance, this is subject to a refundable deposit. The deposit will be refunded as credit to your trade account on receipt of the original goods. Please note, all returned goods will be inspected and tested. If non-faulty goods are returned to us under the deposit scheme, a 10% administration charge will occur.
