Interface or screen products are customised depending on the specification of the individual vehicle and orders are fulfilled based on provided VIN/vehicle details. Certain products* are made to order which are non-refundable.
If you decide that you want to return any unused or incorrectly ordered items you have bought from us you must advise us within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods. You then need to return the goods within a further 14 calendar days. Return shipping of the goods is your responsibility. We would always recommend shipping via a trackable method.
All returned goods must be complete and in ‘as new’ condition e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging. It must not have been used or installed. It should be returned with the original box, along with any packing and accessories you received with it. Any ‘Free Gifts’ received with the product must also be returned.
How to return
Please firstly email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number within 14 calendar days. We will provide an RMA number if the return is approved. The RMA number must be clearly written on the outer packaging.
Prior to a refund being processed, all returned items will be inspected by us. If at this point we discover any damage or missing parts, we will deduct reasonable additional costs where applicable. Any shipping costs originally paid cannot be refunded and will be deducted from your refund.
A refund will be processed within 7 days of us receiving the goods, subject to receiving the goods back in satisfactory condition and following the returns process above. We will only refund your order to the same payment card used at the time of purchase.
In the unlikely event of a defective product
All products come with a 12 month warranty. We extensively test every product before dispatch to ensure quality. In the unlikely event of a problem, firstly send an email detailing the issue along with your original order number to email@example.com our support team will be glad to assist you.
If we identify a problem with either hardware or software*, we will then arrange repair or replacement of any defective components within the warranty period to ensure this is rectified.
*Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto® software is maintained by the respective owners. The operational experience is dependent on a fully functional and compatible phone handset. We are not responsible for errors within these platforms.
Any returned components will be tested in house before replacement or repair is approved.
Please note, we are not liable for any installation or removal costs under any circumstances.
