For all returns or refunds, you must first notify us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org
At this point you will be required to provide your order receipt and/or proof of purchase.
Once we have processed your request we will issue an RMA number and inform you of our return postage details. Goods returned to us without prior correspondence or a valid RMA number will not be processed.
We operate a standard 14-day return policy for non faulty goods. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. For returns due to change of mind, a standard £15 shipping cost will be deducted from the refund for UK customers. For addresses outside of the UK, we will deduct the original shipping cost.
For all goods which have been previously installed, we offer a 80% refund if the item is returned to us within 14 days. This is due to the nature of the products. Once it has been installed, it will leave the product unsellable.
If goods are faulty on arrival we will send a replacement. In the first instance, please send us an email regarding the issue at email@example.com. Please note goods will be tested in house to verify the fault before a refund is granted. We will cover the return postage for faulty goods back to us.
Please note, we are not liable for any third party installation/removal costs under any circumstances.
Prior to a refund being processed, all returned items will be inspected by us. If at this point we find any further damage or missing parts, we may deduct additional costs where applicable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 working days.
