If wireless Apple CarPlay Android Auto is difficult to connect or the connection drops often, please check the below troubleshooting steps.

- Bluetooth name on our interface box. This has to be the default name IDCORE. If this has been changed to anything else, it could lead to connectivity issues

- Bluetooth name on your iPhone. This has to be the default name on your iPhone, which is usually the phone model.

- VPN (Virtual Private Network) Please ensure you don’t have any VPN apps installed on your iPhone. Please find the VPN & Device Management setting and ensure VPN section shows Not Connected.

- Please restart your iPhone
- Re-attempt the pairing process. Please enter our interface setup menu – bluetooth menu – paired devices – tap the device that you would like to connect. You may need to cycle between WiFi CarPlay and Disconnect a couple of times if needed for the first time connection. Phone audio, Media audio and WiFi CarPlay all need to be connected to be able to use wireless Apple CarPlay.
